Just wanted to share some last pictures of 2009!! Hope everyone has a wonderful New Year!! We are ready for 2010 in the Ruehs house. It has to be better than 2009 or I will go crazy. LOL Dont get me wrong I'm Thankful for all we have and that god has watched over us this year but I'm praying 2010 is wonderful!!!

My mother in law made us all matching sweatshirts for Christmas!! Love them!!The kids had a wonderful Christmas. We didnt go all out this year but the kids didnt even notice. The are so thankful for everything they got. Matthew is enjoying his Thomas the Train sets that many family members got him. Thanks to everyone that helped make our Christmas special.

1st snowfall that Matthew was able to go out and play in. Last year he was too little. He loved it and cried when I made him come in.
Well we have been very busy (although I'm not sure what we do with our time--LOL). Matthew turned 2, Halloween, Ryan's new job, Sally is potty trained, a dear friend finally tied the knot and there is more but I cant think of all of it right now. I thought summer ending would make life a little calmer but I was wrong. Oh yeah.....Matthew has hit his TERRIBLE 2'S and I dont like it!!!!

Val and Joe tied the knot. I was the "maid of honor". The ceremony was 3 minutes long. The kids and I went outside and played in the neighbors leaves. We dont have many tree's in our yard so we dont get many leaves in our yard. Anyway as you can see in the pictures below the kids were having a LOT of fun. Matthew was not to sure about all of this but by the end of it he was having fun too!!
The kids had a ton of fun on Halloween and got a lot of candy!! Matthew was totally into it and loved it. He didnt walk long...but still yelled from the stroller---Trick or Treat!!!

Nana came to James Halloween Party at school!! He was so proud that she came. Thanks Nana!! We love you!!What a wonderful weekend. We got lots done this weekend and it was nice to be home all weekend. The only time I left home was to go get grocery's and Ryan and the kids never left. The kids got some "daddy" time that they very much needed and I got lots of housework done. Today we had a Sunday family meal which we have not had all summer. The kids and I were in our PJ's all day and we carved pumpkins after dinner and then baked yummy pumpkins seeds and had them as our bed time snack. Wow--it is a bummer that summer is over but it is nice to have these fun at home weekends again. Ryan starts his new job tomorrow---he is excited but nervous so keep him is your thoughts and prayers as learns his new job. Hope you all have a wonderful week--I know we are going to. A dear friend is getting married and I'm reuniting with a long lost friend from my high school days. It is going to be a great week!!!

Yucky mommy!!!We have done alot of fun fall things this year and even know it has been pretty cold the kids loved it. We have done alot of apple picking. Yesterday when we got home from our last camping trip the kids put all the toys away in the back yard so they don't get snow on them as James would say. They are ready for it to snow--not me.

I have to share some exciting news---Matthews has went #2 on the potty two nights in a row. Last night he told me had to go and tonight before bath I put him on the potty and he went. I think he will be potty trained before Sally. Oh well one out of diapers is better than none.
And to add to my end of the day excitement Ryan got a new job today that is year around and making good money. He will still do his own car hauling when there is some but finally we are looking up.
OK 2 seconds ago Sally called me in the bathroom to show me she went #2 also. Maybe the fuss over Matthew doing it will encourage her. What a wonder end of Thursday I am having.
The beginning of today was not great--My washer broke again and dumped water all over the floor. Oh, god wont give me more than I can handle. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend.
The kids are loving school. James crys when he has to leave school. Sally was mad today because she does not go to school on mondays. If we only had there worries in life. LOL Hope everyone has a great week!!!

Matthew had to be part of the action too!!We went to Frankenmuth for Labor Day weekend. James loves going to Yogi Bear and he was so excited to be there. All the kids had a lot of fun!! Did alot of relaxing and just enjoying the last weekend of summer.
